My family, some friends and I, have noticed that the cleanse really starts to kick in around the 10th day. Many of the people I have helped have said the same thing, although it seems it doesn't work for about 3% of the people that try it.

So I suggest you wait until day 14 before you start any chelating products. Then do both at the same time.

In the parasite support product that comes with the kit are a few herbs that also have anti-yeast properties. So if you choose, at day 30 you could add an enzyme product to strip the biofilm so everything works better. The herbs will have a better effect on the yeast and the cleanse fiber will flush it all out.

If you decide to add an enzyme formula, it is best to take it an hour before the fiber and at bedtime.
