Manuka honey does have antimicrobial effects and I do recommend it when treating yourself for H. pylori and stomach ulcers. It can also help with sore throats, wound healing and acne.

You can use it alongside antimicrobial herbs, biofilm removing enzymes and probiotics without any problems.

However, it still contains 15 grams of sugar per tbls and sugar is Candida's preferred food source. So yes, if you have a confirmed case of Candida, using Manuka honey will more than likely result in you feeding it.
