When would be best time to take Microfase?

When would be best time to take Microfase? Would I reduce the number of Biofase and Profase?

I would either take it 30 minutes after Biofase and Profase or with it. It is best to take them at least one hour before breakfast, maybe in between lunch and dinner and at bedtime.

There is no reason to reduce the amount of Biofase and Profase with Microfase or any other herbal formula. They all work very well together.
