Can I do the colon cleanse & zeolite at the same time as the Yeast Infection Cure protocol?

I started on Biofase, Profase, Microfase, and floraphage.
I also bought zeolite for heavy metals.

Doing more reading on here, it sounds like the colon cleanse is super important, so I want to do that but I’d rather not stop the yeast protocol to not have a gap in doses.

Can I do them simultaneously?

Yes, but in the morning you should take Biofase at least 30 minutes, an hour would be best, before taking the fiber that comes with the cleanse.

There are no issues at night.

Follow up question:

It’s recommended to Microfase 30 minutes after Biofase + Profase.
Is it also true here that waiting longer is better?

For example, taking Biofase + Profase 2 hours before breakfast and Microfase 30 minutes before breakfast?
