You could eat nuts and seeds, sausage, bacon, eggs, low sugar yogurt, most berries are ok, grapefruit, lemons, green bananas, gluten free buckwheat, pemmican or low carb protein bars, or a whey protein drink.

So you could eat eggs four days a week and on the other days have a green banana, a hand full of nuts, and a pemmican bar. On the non egg days if that still wasn't enough, add a low sugar whey protein drink.

Nothing wrong with eating any leftovers from dinner the night before either.
