What would the dose of Biofase be for a 2 year old?

2 year old has a yeast infection. Interested in this product. What would the dose be for a 2 year old and how would you give it to them since it is in pill form?

Children's dosing

I give 1 capsule Biofase with 1 Profase as well to my 3 year old grand daughter at bedtime mixed in coconut milk. You can open the capsules and dump it in. A sippy cup or bottle allows you to shake well so it mixes.

You could also give it to them in the morning with the milk but it is best to do so an hour before they eat any food.
