Is there a test for the presence of yeast hyphae on the endometrium?

by Barbara
(AZ)

I have yeast re-occuring infections such as thrush in my mouth and vagina instantly when I ingest sugar or carbs, along with lower abdominal pain.

Recently, August 1st of this year, I bled with 5 clots, and half saturated a pad right after eating a piece of cake...

I reported this to my Dr and they did a transvaginal US and found a 3cm mass in my uterus. So then I had an MRI, and they found no mass but my endometrium had thickened to 3cm. My Dr did not explore more about the yeast problem.. they are thinking cancer and want to biopsy the endometrium. No levels of hormones have been evaluated at this time.

I'm feeling very uncomfortable about invasive procedures prior to more hormone testing or for adrenal fatigue. I inquired about progesterone therapy first, but they did not go that route.
I am post menopausal since 50 yrs old, and I am currently 68 yrs old.

I do not know of any test that would test the inside of your uterus other than what they have already done and suggested. And, if yeast was present inside your uterus, it would also be detectable on a vaginal swab.

Also, based on your recurring symptoms and abdominal pain when you eat sugar or carbs, you more than likely have a yeast over growth in your intestine. If you can get that under control, it will resolve the thrush and vaginal infections.

Any other questions let us know.
