I thought the Microfase would kill the probiotics in Profase.

It could kill some but as this study points out, Pubmed Sibo Bacteria Study, the side effects are a lot less with herbs verses antibiotics; which suggests the side effect of good bacteria being killed is a lot less than you would think. We see the same thing clinically. Good bacteria just doesn't seem to be as susceptible to herbs as bad bacteria and people don't have near the side effects as antibiotics.

We also suggest that you take Microfase at a different time than Profase. For example, if taking Biofase and Profase, or Biofase alone, at least one hour before breakfast in the morning, take Microfase 30 minutes before breakfast and 30 minutes before dinner. Or take Microfase 30 minutes before lunch and dinner. You would then take Biofase and Profase again at bedtime.
