Anyone else suffer with muscle aches and pains in their arms?? Could they be a symptom of "die-off" from a product or something else? Anyone have advice on this symptom? Mine are worse at night. I am using several detox products.

Most Candida die off symptoms are very similar to flu like symptoms so your muscle aches and pains could be caused by it.

Have you tried any of the suggestions that we suggest on the Candida Die Off page? If not you might want to try some of them.

The sauna and massage suggestions might help quite a bit.

At the least, I would make sure I was drinking enough water daily with half of that water being distilled. You should be drinking at least half your body weight in ounces daily.
