Can I take the enzymes for candida yeast 1 1/2 hours before evening meal instead of at bedtime?

My name is Lesley and I’ve been taking the enzymes for months now and because you have to have a large glass of water with the enzymes I’m waking up to go to the toilet 2-3 times a night. So I was wondering if I could take them 1 to 2 hours before the evening meal? thanks Lesley

Hi Lesley,

Yes, you could do it that way as long as it is also at least 2 hours after your last meal.

You could probably get away with a half of glass of water as well if you stick with taking them at bedtime.
