Can I take the BIOFASE & PROFASE at the same time I'm doing the cleanse?

I'm doing the cleanse as well as the BIOFASE & PROFASE. Covering all my bases. I just would like to know if I can take them at the same time as the cleanse or do I have to wait till I'm finished with the cleanse before I can start them?

Hi Elizabeth

Typically, the cleanse really starts to kick in around day 10 so I would wait two weeks before I started Biofase and Profase.

When you do start, take them at least 30 minutes before the parasite capsules that come with the cleanse, then take the fiber 30 minutes after the parasite capsules.

Take Biofase and Profase again at bedtime or with the nightly tea that comes with the cleanse at least two hours after dinner.
